Hi Jay, you may not get it directly. But ifyou go for a diploma first and then go for Engineering then you can. But it is always better to complete class 12 before going for UG degree as some countries abroad will not accept students who have not completed 12. so to broaden your options go for 12 first an then UG degree.

Hi Ajinkya, after Diploma, the course that you can pursue abroad is BE/BTech or BSc in a similar subject.
As studying for a Bachelors course can be very expensive abroad (3-4 yrs in duration) I would recommend you to take up studies in India for Bachelors and go for MAsters abroad (1-2 yrs in duration).
Also, you will be able to gain lateral entry in course in India which will not be possible abroad.
