Hi Magnesh,
As there are several colleges under Delhi University the Eligibility criteria may vary but as you are from Commerce stream, the chances are high that you may get a seat but as you don't have Math you may have to appear for an Entrance.

You would not find any top rung Institute providing MBA in Media & Entertainment as there is no such specialization, you may find PG Diploma programmes in Communication Management in Institutes like MICA, Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication etc. which you can consider.

Although, there is no minimum cut off for IIMs but there is no guarantee to get admission even after getting 99 percentile, so I would say the higher you score the better it is.
