Yes, wherever the universities have condition that a student should have passed minimum 5 subjects with english language as a compulsory subject, you can get admission
For humanities, mathematics is not mandatory subject hence you will get admission subject to fulfilling other criteria

Mumbai University offers M.A. Psychology with various specialisation such as industrial psychology, counselling psychology.
The eligibility criteria is any graduate. It includes engineer.
You may be asked to appear for an entrance exam for not having psychology background however, you are eligible to pursue the programme.
