BA regular have always more value and if you want to get admission in govt university then there is need to have above 75 % marks in 12th
and if you want to go for any good private college then there is need to have above 65 % marks

With these marks in JEE your tentative rank is going to be 75000 and above. On the basis of this you are going to get Jagannath University (B.Arch), Shobhit University (EEE), NIFFT (Manufacturing Engg.), NIT Dimapur (EEE/ ECE), etc.
In case you don't get a branch of your choice you can opt for any of the private universities available. These universities offer admissions on the basis of JEE scores as well as your marks in 12th.
With these good marks in JEE as well as expected good marks of 12th you can easily get admission in any one of these private universities.

Vishal B.tech is a professional degree whereas B.Sc is a regular graduation degree. A professional degree is off course going to be better as compared to a regular degree as it is going to bring better opportunities your way. So, you go for a B.Tech degree rather than simple B.Sc.

No it is not possible. You have to give JEE advance and have to score good in it.
In case you fail to do so, you can get good colleges on the basis of your JEE mains score too.
Not only this most of the reputed private universities offer admissions to students on the basis of JEE score as well as marks in 12th, so you can give some good private university also a chance where you can get admission in a branch of your choice as well as a scholarship too.

It is doubtful if you will get admission in some NIT near Bhopal. You will be getting institutions like Jagannath university, Shobhit university, Tezpur University, DIT university etc.
In case you don't get a branch of your choice in these universities, then you can try in other universities like LPU, Chitkara, Rai, etc where they not only offer admission on the basis of JEE score but also your marks in 12th.

You must atleast have a score of 70% and above.
