Hi Nandagopan,
Advantages are twin fold - one it is cheaper than options in USA and other famous countries. Two, you learn another languages. If you plan to settle in Europe, it might be an excellent option.
Disadvantages - Germany as a country is more recognized for its technical programs, especially for its engineering studies. German Universities are not that widely known when it comes to their MBA program. Some public universities and a few private ones are famous enough but strictly ranking them, they do not level in the top 100 programs of the world.

Opportunities after BSc are very limited except in Government sector. As graduate you will be eligible for jobs from class III to class I in central or state government / PSU Banks where eligibility criteria is graduate degree. You can also take up junior school teachers job or lab assistant job.
