Hi Shivangi, I totally agree with Puneet, either your brother can wait for second counselling and if he still doesn't get Mechanical then he can take admission in the first year.
I am suggesting this to you because first year's syllabus is mostly same and he can still change his stream before 3rd semester starts by giving a TU-Test which most student who wish to change their streams, also the Syllabus is same as IIT syllabus so it won't be any difficult for him.

Hi,
There are only six colleges which offer Bachelors in journalism and mass communication (BJMC) in DU which include, Kamala Nehru College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC), Kalindi College, Maharaja Agrasen College, Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) and Indraprastha College for Women.
But, there are a lot of colleges under IPU offering the same which include:

So, I think IPU will be a better option to pursue the same. Moreover, more than the college, it will be your abilities and skills that will fetch you a good career in journalism. All

Hi Kaiwalya,
In India, since there is no Bachelor's degree in ethical hacking you can opt for related certifications but also complete a BSc degree in CS or IT or a B.Tech additionally. You will find options here:

Hi Golu, if you are not confident with PCM subjects you can change your stream and study something you are confident in and strong with. PCM students can opt for B.Com, BBA, Agriculture, Biotechnology, LLB, etc. There will be many options so don't be disheartened, probably your skills are meant for other subjects and not PCM. Know your interests and aptitude.

Hello,
Based on the percentile you have and provided here, UK is a better option though not for the highly ranked universities. Canada is way too competitive for your profile. Though a bottom ranked university may accept you chances of a visa are low. Having said that if your profile overall is strong that is excellent SOP and LORs, very good IELTS score and extra-curriculars you may stand a chance.
