Hi,
I would suggest that you go for what you like i.e
your certification courses.
But alongside that try at least once more for clearing your CS exams.
However, if you are sure enough that you don't want to pursue this, leave this altogether and focus on what you want.

Admission process of NCHMCT's IHMs for this year has been completed on 29.06.2018. So you cannot get admission in government IHMs. However, few private IHMs affiliated to NCHMT are offering direct admission in B.Sc (HHA), you may contact there directly. For details visit NCHMCT's website.

There are many Branches which are required at ISRO like aerospace, CSE, electrical engineering, ENTC, civil, mechanical engineering, etc. You can check ISRO's website for more detailed information on this. Mainly aerospace, and other related branches.
