Yes sure. You scored 151 then you don't need to worry you will get CSE in Thapar University.
But I would suggest you first to try in JOSSA counseling as you can get NIT's or GFTI's.

It is sorry to tell you that it's not possible to get admission in Christ without writing entrance exams.
You probably need to attend MAT exam & have to score about 600, then only you are permitted to attend the admission process.
