You can get any campus you liked based on your rank but for course you had to wait until the counselling you can able to know about the course and campus once you entered in counselling. Course depends upon the selection of students.

I would suggest IES for the course. As far as IES MCRC is concerned they provide various ways to excel I. e. they provide us with lots of live projects for each specialisation and also has best faculty members to guide throughout, not only that we have industry mentors who would guide us through the industry of your choice. Apart from that we have some fun learning sessions and also too many guest lectures and this help us to improve our networking. Placements in IES MCRC are decent enough but again that totally depends on your performance throughout. Again I would say choose wisely by comparing them in the parameters mention

Yes, BPL students also pay mess fees in Andhra University. Hostel fee and mess fee are different for boys in first year and have to be paid simultaneously every month. From second year onwards, the fee reduces by a few thousand rupees.

Unfortunately, you cannot get NIT or IIIT, but you can get best government. Or, any private college. Try for them, and at least, you should fill up the counselling form for JEE. Hope you get any seat. Thank you.

Because the placements in KIIT for IT is quite good and comparable to 45th ranking, COMEDK colleges are good.
