No, candidates are not allowed to apply for the MBA course at IIM Mumbai through XAT. The institute only accepts valid CAT scores for admissions to MBA courses. Moreover, candidates will be shortlisted based on the CAT 2024 score and other parameters like reservation category, gender diversity, etc. Therefore, to get admission into MBA courses at NITIE, candidates are obliged to secure good scores in CAT.

The main eligibility criteria for admission to the BSc programme are grades and NCHMCT JEE rank. To be eligible for Certificate courses, candidates must have completed Class 12. Candidates are admitted directly based only on their qualifications and merit for the Certification programmes.
