Hi,
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. You may also check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

To take admission in MBBS :
-You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
-You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
-You need to sit for entrance exam.
Some of the medical entrance exams are :
-AIIMS Entrance Exams – All India Institute of Medical Science Entrance Exam
-AIPMT- All India –Pre Medical/ Pre Dental Entrance Exam
-AIMS- Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences

Lovely Professional University doesn't offer any course called B-MBA. But yes they have MBA. For direct admission you need to have 60% in graduation. In case you have less than 60% you need to have XAT/ MAT/ CAT score or need to give LPU-NAT PG test. For details check the link
