To pursue MBBS :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC etc.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above then you may sit for the exam.

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember if you wish to make your career specifically in the field of hospitality and tourism then pursuing MBA in hospitality or tourism would be the best option.
However, I would suggest you to opt for a MBA in HR or general MBA program, by this you may have career prospects in various sectors including hospitality and tourism sector.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
