yes you can do honours in eco but in first year you need to score above 80% in eco so you are eligible for honours and if you are interested in future for higher studies in this field then only opt for honours others wise it's waste of time.

2. To study MBBS you must clear Bachelor's degree first in US. You cannot study MBBS directly. Once you clear the four years BS you must clear MCAT, medical college admission test to study medicine. Consider other country options.
