Hello Gagan,
You must apply for a university and the university must send you the admission offer letter before you can apply for the student visa. Now, NIOS may or may not be accepted so you must email the colleges and check if they will accept NIOS qualification. You must also have good scores and must clear IELTS to apply.

Hi,
While engineering in CS will help you in understanding the concepts in depth and will prepare you to improvise the software. You can go for BCA and MBA to become a businessman instead. Most of the engineers pursue MBA or PGDM because it gives them skills for both.

Vinayak, I would advice to go for M.Sc.IT as it would make you technically speaking more qualified and in today's context can give you more opportunities in career. MBA you can even do later if you think that in a certain corporate sector it is mandatory for you.

Yes Sharika,
HR has a good scope if you do MBA with specialization in it. The scope is in the sense that HR Executive is required in all kinds of businesses. So the openings are more. However, the beginning is not too well paid. You will need to learn and exhibit good skills to be successful in the HR field. It is a bit tough in the private sector industries.
