We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and unfortunately all does not perform

So you did not study at all for these 4 years? If yes, then take up some diploma course from an ITI or Polytechnic and start a job. There after you can go for lateral entry for b.tech if that still interests you or simply take a B.Sc degree to keep your self qualified for better jobs.

There are many universities that are offering a wide range of courses to choose from according to your interest.
Most of the universities also offer good placements to their students. Some even offer scholarships.
