BA LLB is a integrated course of 5years which you can pursue after class 12th.so it basically saves 1year of yours in comparison of if you opt for LLB after graduation.

Yes it is very good option but considering the 2nd question of yours it is not advisable because ACCA is recognized in UK and few other countries but not in india here CA prevails.
So if you are looking for jobs in india after ACCA then instead of this go for CA or if you are open to work abroad go for ACCA.

Now when it comes to SVNIT so NIT has the tag and obviously being a good government college it ranked 13th out of 31 NIT's.since it has a tag of NIT so it becomes easy to pursue higher studies from best govt college.
