Yes you can go for MBA after B.Sc in food technology. You can pursue MBA in any field of your interest like Marketing/HR/Operations. MBA gives you an opportunity to showcase your abilities at managerial level. MBA is altogether a different playing field.

As per the notification of Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, BAMS BHMS counselling to be conducted along with MBBS BDS. Admission to these courses will be done on the basis of NEET score.

It's better to take admission in only that course which you have preferred. After submitting the reason to change the course and get approved from Dean, the course can get chnaged.

You need to complete Bachelors to pursue MBA. You can look for MBA in operations management. You can check for colleges like SIOM-Nashik, NITIE-Mumbai, NICMAR-Pune.
