If you want a govt. job then you can get graduate in any of the streams. Mostly, for banking, SSC and other govt. job exams demand that you should be graduated in any stream. If you like a private job, then BCA is also a good option. It depends on your interest.

Hello Kaptan,
No, you are not eligible to write JEE Mains and Advanced exams. You need to have at least 75% in your board exams. So, even if you clear JEE Mains and advanced, you cannot get any college under JEE counselling.

Yes. To be eligible for admission into any reputed B-school in India, you must appear for any among the various entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc and clear the required cutoffs. Further you also need to perform well in the interview rounds(if shortlisted) to finally get admitted into any B-school. Good luck!

First of all congratulations! I will recommend you to go with CSE from IIT Mandi, but in that case only if you have a keen interest in computer science and engineering. Placement wise it's very good also you will get very good exposure. IIT Mandi has very good semester exchange program too, you have a very good option there to go abroad and explore further. Else if you wish to go with core opt for the other options which are left.

There is no lateral entry admissions into VIT university that is direct admission in the second year. The admission for undergraduate courses are based on the ranks secured in VITEEE exam conducted in the month of April every year.
