You need to apply for it online at: http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/Dubai on satisfying all eligibility conditions. There is no entrance exam like BITSAT but if you have a good score you may get scholarships.
1) The candidates must have obtained a minimum 60% overall aggregate of marks in the qualifying examination and must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject.
2)However, for admission to B.E. Biotechnology, Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Biology will also be accepted with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject .If a Candidate has secured less than 50% marks in any one of these subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology but meets the aggregate criteria mentioned above, he/she may be considered for provisional admission.
3) If you have completed schooling in English medium school then TOEFL is not necessary. Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from Non-English medium must have secured a minimum TOEFL Score of 500 in paper based test or 61 in internet based test or have an IELTS Score of 5 or above. If necessary, they will also be assessed by a campus committee for English comprehension.
The fee structure is too high. it would be around 15-16 lakhs per annum.

There are certain colleges for engineering in computer science which have well instrumented lab, excellent infrastructure, group of well qualified faculty members, good placement, promoting the students for internship from foreign universities and etc. viz. Jaypee univeristy, LPU and Anand international college of engineering. All of above have good placement record and all over development of the students. But in my opinion, Anand International College of Engineering College is a good choice as compared to other with the minimum fee structure and it provides flexible slot based time table at level 4 to the students.
