Anyone who has scored at least 50% marks in his/her graduation is eligible to appear for the CAT exam. If you're aiming for the old IIMs, 99+ percentile should be safe; 96+ for the new IIMs. All the best!

You should go through opening and closing rank of WBJEE colleges so that you will be able to know the appropriate colleges. And if you don't get a good college in 1st round, then there is a option of float by which you can get a better college according to your college counselling list.

You need to apply for it online at: http://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/Dubai on satisfying all eligibility conditions. There is no entrance exam like BITSAT but if you have a good score you may get scholarships.
1) The candidates must have obtained a minimum 60% overall aggregate of marks in the qualifying examination and must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject.

Placements are not that good but they are quite better than other state government engineering colleges.
Companies like BEL, RVNL, ADOBE, TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO visit the college to recruit the students.
The Highest package offered was about 8.13 lakhs per annum.

There are certain colleges for engineering in computer science which have well instrumented lab, excellent infrastructure, group of well qualified faculty members, good placement, promoting the students for internship from foreign universities and etc. viz. It's mandatory to attend college. In order to appear for final exams, you need to maintain 75% attendance.
Working and parallelly studying won't be possible here.
