NSB does not believe in advertising or publicity. It always stays low key because it believes that the right set of students would definitely come to NSB on their own by going through the college's profile. The college has been very fair in providing the right set of information on their website and not hype about anything. As far as I know, most of the people know about NSB being a reputed college and one of the best B - Schools which is very affordable and provides a good education.
Hope this answers your question.

Your grades are not in par with German universities however if your patent and research works are so good then you will have a chance. Recommendation letters and your SOP will also make a huge difference. Check the DAAD website for more details and university options

Your question if getting into a top university will help does not make too much sense as it is very obvious. Passing out from a top university has its own charms and recognition. However in terms of job search it will depend on your academic performance and skills.

Perhaps you mean scope after B.Ed? Because there is nothing like BA in education. For working as a teacher in school, one needs to have done at least B.Ed and then preferably PG in your Specialisation.
Best wishes
