For last year, the closing rank for BTech +M.Techin Computer Science Engineering was 15339 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

BITS Pilani (not Planny) is pretty selective when it comes to admission, so if your score in the qualifying exams is not high enough, there is no alternate route of admission. Still, there are a few things one can do:

Reappear for it Next Year: If you are a student and get the chance to re-appear for the exams of 12th boards, then do your best to increase your scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (for Pharmacy, Biology will be there) to achieve minimum aggregate with minimum marks of 60% in each subject.

Alternative Exams: BITS Pilani accepts SAT for NRI students. Still, the route also requires maintaining a good academic record
