Yes you can provide your IELTS scores for admission purposes, but check with the university website once if they accept IELTS scores or not. Most universities do accept them, so you should be fine.

1. Make a rough plan to cover up all the chapter.
2. Take a standard book, which is not so hard or not so easy. Average, but most importantly in the trend.
3. Buy IIT-JAM: M.Sc. (Mathematics) previous papers and practice test papers (Solved) book online at low prices in India.
4. Buy Mathematics - A complete guide: M.Sc entrance examination book online at low prices in India.
These two books in particular, will definitely help.

Dear Aditi, you would be eligible to apply using ATMA score only next year now as the admissions for this year are almost done. Keep checking the DTE/JBIMS website for details about which exam scores would be considered for next year's admission. The cutoff for ATMA scores is 99.99 percentile.
