See as you are a NON UT POOL you have very minimum chances in BCOM may be in 3rd or 4th counselling. So i would suggest keep other colleges like PGGC11 46 42 as your backup colleges and also fill the form for BBA in GGDSD College as you have a great chances to get a seat in GGDSD in BBA

Yes, you can do BCA. But every college or university has it's own eligibility criteria. Some colleges or universities allow BCA after arts in 12th and some don't. So please check eligibility criteria of that college or university you are looking to take admission in. Thanks.

Yes, you may get an NIT or IIIT college irrespective of Desired Branch. But I suggest you to go counselling till last round which is best for you.
