You can apply for the exam in the final year but shall have completed the degree when admission is due i.e. at the time of document verification you can submit an affidavit from the university in this regard. And for the final exam, you need to apply for leaves that might be an issue since at B-school every class matters.

As you have 91% and you are from unreserved category, then it's difficult for you to get admission in north campus, you can get admission in south compus or off campus but now they conduct entrance exam for every course, so your possibilities to get admission in good college has been increased, they will give you choice in the best way that you deserve. There are many colleges which offer BCA course if they have not maths in their 12th. You do BCA from there then I want to let you know For MCA you go for the NIMCET entrance exam. From this Entrance Exam, you will get the top 10 NITs colleges that offer the MCA course. But You have to remember one thing In you UG course or BCA course there should be One paper of maths in any semester/year of UG course then you are eligible for the Entrance.
