The improvement exam forms are available at Syndicate Bank at Rs.10. The forms were made available from 20.08.13 (tues). The last date for applying for improvement exam forms are as follows :
16.09.2013 (mon) - without any late fee
30.09.2013 (mon) - with late fee of Rs. 150
15.10.2013 (tues) - with late fee of Rs. 250
30.10.2013 (wed) - with late fee of Rs. 350
15.01.2014 (wed) - with late fee of Rs. 5000
no forms will be accepted after 15.01.2014 (wed).
The highest marks amongst the two will be accepted : your board marks of the year 2013 & the improvement exam marks 2014. which ever marks will be highest amongst the two will be considered as your final marks.

It should rather be which software is suitable for what you design. For all you know, if one is into designing Aluminium extrusions, a 2D software like AutoCAD or Draftsight or Solidedge 2D (free) should do.
One does not learn a software just because it is easy or tough (unless the idea is only to SWELL the CV), but because what one wants to do and the Software that is best suited in achieving that goal.
The selection largely depends upon the task you are working at for which you need software.
- For surface modeling in automotive/aerospace industry, CATIA is the king
- For mechanism design, go for Pro/ENGINEER. Pro/ENGINEER's problem lies in its interface, it is too confusing and tough for a new user to master. Although it has superior capabilities in terms of aiding designers in design of mechanisms and optimization problems, they are largely underused due to the confusion in the software interface and how it works.
- For smaller scale and less sophisticated consumer product design, Inventor or SolidWorks is enough
- For moderate and low level surface modeling, SolidWorks. For ease of analysis SolidWorks is probably best.

Fee structure :
Every college has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the college or contact the officials directly.

To be eligible :
-You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
-Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
-You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
-Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.
