CA program is not offered by any college, it is a self study professional degree approved by I.C.A.I
You can prepare for it by taking coaching. Following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"

I won't advise you to do BCA its just a entry level course in IT field and you will learn only basic of computer you will not get a good job in any MNC after completion of your BCA ,
From my point of view Go for Btech CS its a good course as compared to BCA and you can expect a good salary if you manage to get good percentage and knowledge.
Btech is equivalent to MCA .
An Btech student can directly do Mtech where a BCA student have to do MCA for doing Mtech.

Difference Between BCA and B Tech
Bachelor of Computer Applications is a three years bachelor's course taught in colleges across universities in India and to be at par with B Tech, you need to supplement it with an MCA course which is again a 3 years masters program. In other words, you have to study for 6 years to be at the same level of a B Tech student.
Companies give more credit to students who have an engineering degree (B Tech) than students who have simply done their BCA. However, students armed with an MCA degree can expect a high salary band.
B.Tech is a much advanced and comprehensive course compared to BCA. B Tech deals much more about the technical aspects and develops the engineer in you while BCA is a degree providing a base for higher studies.
But if you are doing BCA just for graduation degree and wanna apply in govt jobs then you can go for BCA you can save one year because Btech is of 4 year and BCA is of 3 year course.
