Hi,
For best placement and high packages you should pursue MBA from top-20 B-schools of India.
However please remember getting admission in these B-schools in very competitive, in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However to make your profile more competitive I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.

After completing BCom you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCom etc)
However as per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
