In India, no university is offering B.Tech or BE degrees in engineering and technology. This type degrees in distance education has banned by government of India. Up to 2009 JNTU Hyderabad, Andhra university Visakhapatnam Nagarjuna university Guntur Karnataka university Mysore,and IGNOU New Delhi offered this type degrees. and AMIE of institution of engineers Calcutta also offer this type. In this AMIE is only recognized by government of India and no other university in India having the recognition by HRD ministry.
So, please note no university recognized by government of India and UGC. But, this matter is under the consideration of UGC

Shubharti University is a good university for B.Tech in food technology as they have great education facilities and as you know Food Technology has a wide career scope in government and private sectors with the fast growing industry in India and abroad. As you have scored good marks, after clearing MAT, you need to fill up the different colleges forms online, it depends upon you in which college you need to take the admission, fill up the forms and after that, they will call you for GD and PI and the admissions are totally dependent upon that.

The medium of instruction in law as set by BCI is English. Medium of instruction: English shall be the medium of instruction in both the integrated five year and three year courses. However if any University and its any CLE allows in full or in part instruction in any language other than English
or allows the students to answer the test papers in the periodical and final semester tests in any regional language other than English, the students have to take English as a compulsory paper.
