CAs, basically, are required to solve taxation problems, auditing & accounting matters etc. As you are working with bank, I assumed that you worked as relationship manager/credit analyst/product manager- (Trade finance, cash management, etc. )
CFA as a whole is concentrated towards investment banking, equity research, Portfolio Management etc. It has no relation to what exactly you are doing at the moment. The CFA is geared toward those individuals that invest in the public markets. As such, the CFA is a good programme for you if you are looking to enter asset management, equity research, or hedge funds. For CFA level-1, 6 months study is enough. But everyday atleast 3-4 hrs of self study is must. It keeps you in the flow of studies.

M.Phil (Commerce): Eligibility
For getting admission in this course students are advised to check the below-mentioned eligibility once:
Students must have passed Post Graduation degree from recognized university with minimum 55% marks and 50% marks must be secured by SC/ ST category candidates.
Those students who have completed entrance test will also be eligible to apply for particular course
M.Phil. (Commerce): Admission Process
Students admission in the course is done on the basis of marks secured by them in masters degree. Those who have obtained less than 55% marks are not eligible to get admission in the course. Some of the reputed colleges conduct an entrance exam followed by an interview for students admission in particular course.
