Since you belong to general caste and the cutoff usually goes very high in this course so, there is little chance of getting into this course.

Usually cutoff goes very high and There is actually no college in which percentage goes low to 87 percentage. Might be there will be a little chance in last cutoffs. You can check previous year cutoffs on DU portal.

There is no limit of admission in LPU. They give the admission to those students who are eligible to take admission. Around 9000 student take admission this year in Btec. LPU have students around 35000. We can't tell the exact number of students in LPU of Btec CSE. But there are around 20000 of Btec CSE.
