Dear Akrati
Your ranking in OBC is reasonably good. I feel that with this ranking you should be able to get a reasonably good NIT and reasonably good branch. However getting a desired branch is actually a function of how those placed above you give their choices and over this we have no control. However there are some statistical tools which can mine the data available previously and predict the future. Thank You!

Hello Mulan, you have got the OBC rank of 46000. All seats put together in different NIT's and GFTI's are roughly about 50000 and the percentage of OBC is I think about 27%. So you can imagine how many seeds are available for those under OBC category. However getting a seat is a different dynamics itself. It all depends on how different students fill up their choices. To help you in this I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.
