You have not shared your academic details. However to make a career in business, I may suggest you to pick MBA which is the most wanted master's degree that increases an individual's credential. Apart from attractive pay packets also offers lucrative career option.
You need to be a graduate in a relevant discipline for pursuing MBA. Work experience is preferable.
First step is to enroll for the entrance examinations like MAT, CAT, SNAP, IBSAT, etc.
As for getting into IT industry, I may suggest you to pick M.C.A. Go for regular study if have studied Maths in class XII.
