BA Economics is a course not a subject. The course is for 3 years with IGNOU and is an Undergrad Course.
You need to have atleast 50% min marks in Graduation to apply for the course.

There is no difference between BA LLB Integrated course and BBA LLB Honours as both are same. The difference is between LLB and BA LLB courses.
BA , BBA and Bcom are the specialisations in LLB Courses according to your interest and is of 5 years duration. LLB is a 3 years course.
An integrated course or Honours course helps you to complete the entire law course in 5 years and saves 1 year instead of doing undergrad course for 3 years first and then LLB course for 3 years.

You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the admission test, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date.
