Now that you have cleared the 1st year in Food technologist, I suggest you continue with it and after completing the course think of doing something else. Another option would be to change the subject within the same college if feasible. Yet another option would be to give AIEEE exan again and get into other branch of engg. Your query does not make it clear if you want to continue with B.Tech or not. Yet another option would be to go for Biotechnology. If nothing appeals to you then do graduation & post graduation in a subhect of your choice. But I would suggest to continue with this as of now.
