Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing B.Arch:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with PCM from a Recognized board.
All application for B.Arch. course including NRI / Foreign Nationals should write the Aptitude test conducted by Council of Architecture (NATA) and the score should not be less than 80 out of 200.
As various institutes conduct their own entrance examination as a gateway for admission in their colleges.
As eligibility criteria and admission procedure may vary in different institutes as each institute have their own admission procedure and policies.

As JBIMS has become autonomous, it will have an independent admission process from this year.
CMAT scores won't be considered.
Admissions into Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies’ 2-year Masters in Management Studies (MMS) Programme, which is equivalent to a MBA, will now be administered by the institute. The newly autonomous JBIMS gives MBA aspirants the opportunity to build on an outstanding professional track record through exposure to excellent faculty and leading industrialists in India. To ensure an enriching academic experience for both the faculty and the students, the institute has established a selective admissions process.
Qualifying exams: CAT 2014 / MH-CET 2015 for Indian applicants. And GMAT (GMAT taken on or after Jan 2011) for foreign national students, NRIs and PIOs
Candidates will have to fill an online application form, available at http://www.jbims.edu/admission.
Deadline: January 5th, 2015.
Counselling Process: JBIMS will shortlist candidates based on their CAT or MH-CET scores. These candidates will have to appear for an in-person assessment that may consist of a group activity, personal interview and written ability test to be held at Mumbai. For foreign nationals, residing outside India, interviews will be conducted over Skype. A candidate will be admitted based on the combined scores of this personal assessment along with their past academic and extra-curricular achievements.
