SC category students need to get 55%ile minimum overall and 50%ile sectional as per last year admissions. Final scores of WAT, PI are not disclosed, so its not possible to say what was the cutoff for selection. But yes we have students who scored 60%ile in CAT as well as those who scored 98%ile. So a rough estimate should be 75-80%ile average CAT percentile.

Dear Varun,
Adarsh offers the same facilities like Faculty, Placements, infrastructure to both these programs. Student can choose any one among MBA or PGDM. Both have equivalent weightage. Because ultimately the success of the student depends on the knowledge and not on the certificate.

Dear YOUNG man,
First RELAX.
Two year's gap is NOT a problem, as long as you have used it CONSTRUCTIVELY - like learning a computer course, or have been working part time + studying some soft-skills courses or some distance
Courses etc. IN FACT your prospective employer might even APPRECIATE this effort.
Get back to me with info' on what exams you appeared for more specific answer for YOU. Nothing is impossible, Pankaj- only we have to CHANGE our strategy in cracking the exam. OK?
Happy?

Dear Young man
Please DO NOT be under the ILLUSION that we can get into some IIM's or any other institutions relying on relaxations based our community (in fact some Universities/ Institutions do not entertain this). ALSO youngsters from this communities are studying well and get superb marks, and even OUT DO students from other communities. So DO NOT lean onto such logic, and give your FULL EFFORT to get the highest marks/ percentile.
Also trying for only a few institution may not also yield results; so try for ALL such institutes.
Hope you are not offended, but you see, Iam trying to show you how much the SC/ST students have IMPROVED RE

Hi Sakthivel,
People often end up getting confused between MBA & PGDM. PGDM is run by autonomous body. While taking up PDGM, the advantage you get is that it being an autonomous body, they regularly update their syllabus so one can say as comapred to MBA courses. Whereas an MBA, this change happens every 3-5 years. But PGDM wont be necessarily equivalent to MBA. Because for PGDM to equivalent to MBA it needs to have accreditation from AIU. While selecting a college you should consider parameters like Infrastructure,Courses offered and so on.
