Master in management studies (MMS) is a two years degree course in the field of management. In India, MMS degree can be awarded by any recognized university or by a business school affiliated to any university. Post graduate Diploma in management (PGDM) is a two years Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university.
It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MMS or MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA or MMS.

Hi sonu,
Go ahead and attend the exam well. There is not cut off's for MAT. But you should have decent performance. As it is one of the Premier B school, year after year competition is increasing. In MAT , if it is more than 600 , you will be shortlisted for sure. Even if it is less than that , still apply-because we can't predict the competition at that time.

Hi Prajwal Amin,
The highest package offered for PGDM (GBO) in SRCC - Delhi is Rs.16 LPA. Further, if you score well in any other entrance exam like CAT, MAT, etc. you can go for the best colleges. Otherwise, you can prefer SRCC.

Bank exams are broadly conducted by SBI and IBPS for the post of PO, SO, CLERK etc. These exams are conducted in prelims, Mains and interview phase. Working in a government job comes with complete financial stability. Salaries in public sector go up, whenever the recommendations of a pay commission are implemented.
