Dear student,
I would suggest you Centre for Advanced Media Studies (CAMS) at Punjabi University, Patiala. The fee structure is quite less as compared to other public and private institutions. The department also works on some UGC sponsored projects. The university also provides hostel facility with nominal charges of Rs. 2100 for six months excluding food (with food it is approximately Rs. 2000 per month).

Hello Nuthan,
Have you completed MS in aeronautics? That indeed is great. Many gates are now opened for you. You can think of continuing research in this field, you can think of taking up job in one of the big aircraft manufacturing company. It all perhaps depends on what is your passion? Is it getting fulfilled? I would strongly advise you to go towards that area which gives you biggest satisfaction.
