Hello Bhavyabhaskar, it seems that students with hearing disabilities are not allowed to take admission in Medical colleges as per the rules framed by IMA. As you have a hearing disability you will fall under this category. I am attaching a link that will give you in detail different criteria and percentages of reservation for persons with disability.

As per the NDA eligibility criteria for Naval and Air Force wings, The candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects. So you are not eligible for Naval and Air force wings. However you are eligible for Army wing.
