Hello Mr. AshishYou want to study abroad for M.tech. but in Abroad there are all PG degree are known has M.S(Master of science). apart from degree some other criteria is also required like :
They saw a strong financial condition like whose student enroll in there institute/university that student is eligible for paying fee regularly and other thing they have also required Good Score in GRE.
In the GRE the verbal score must be more than 400 and the analytical score has to be above 4.0 as to be considered acceptable. minimum score and cut off in these exams varies for each university.
Don't worry feel about financial requirement.

Well it tuff to judge the cut-off. but according to my perception it would be 75%+. Well it conducts its own entrance also. fill the form, definitely u get a call either through XAT/CAT/CMAT cutt-off or Self. U can find all info from its website www.welingkar.org/ . Also it is a good ranking college with good placement. Currently the process is going on apply it.

Pradipto, IGNOU offers a lot of Masters level courses. You can divide them into two types :
a. Post Graduate Degree Courses
b. Post Graduate Diploma Courses
c. Post Graduate Certificate Courses
Here, Degree courses may be of range 2 to 3 years. Diploma courses will be of 1 year and Certificate Courses of range 1 week to 1.5 year.
