mr raju yes u can go .u need to give GRE exam+ basic phases (depending upon unversity reputation).Germany was good for enggineering in the past.but now its changed china overtook .so u can do that go to China or Abudhabi for higher studies.Abudhabi is good for Civil programmes.and u ll get job there itself in Abudhabi.

I would suggest you to go for UPSC or MPSC . If you tell me from where are you i can help you in finding better coaching classes for government examinations . SSC examinations are allowed only for graduates . You can try for Bank examinations but i would suggest you to opt for MPSC Civil Services examination .

Fee Concession/Exemption for Children of Military and Para military Forces: see the condion below:
The children of military and para-military forces who are studying chartered accountancy course
and who have lost either of their parents in action are exempted from payment of tuition and
registration fees.
This concession of fees will be made available on production of necessary documents.
so it means u ll get fee concession.but u must provide necessary documents to ICAI.
