In terms of education and internal activities, both are the same. In terms of campus beauty Kengeri is better and in terms of life outside college is concerned city campus is better. However, you will not be given a choice to select the campus. The management itself will randomly decide, which campus you will belong to.

Candidates seeking admission for the PGDM (B&FS) of NIBM should appear for CAT 2016/ATMA (2017)/CMAT (2017) exam.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT 2016/ATMA (2017)/CMAT (2017) scores will be called for the writing ability test and interview during the month of April in 2017 in the select centers. Short-listed applicants may have to take additional written test if required at the later stage.
There is no special reference for particular entrance examinations, but they consider these entrance tests.
Last year, the ATMA cutoff was 73 percentile.
All the best.

Eligibility for Diploma in electrical engineering is a pass in 10th class. To become a graduate in India, you have to complete 10+2+3 education. Out of this 3-years, the degree must be from a recognized university or equivalent. Your Diploma is not equivalent to a graduation degree therefore, you are not a graduate.
