Dear Shantanu,
Yes, you do have a lot of opportunities if you have the combination of these subjects. I don't know in which field you are interested more. But what I am saying here is from my perspective.
I would advise you to go for BBA (specialisation in Finance will be preferred). After that learn some programming language like python and R.
The reason why I am saying is that with this, you can easily have a good grasp to learn ' Financial Data Scientist'.
Shantanu, this is might be too early to make you make you aware about all this stuff, but trust me, these days the companies like IBM, NVIDIA, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley

I will keep this answer as short and accurate as possible.
It depends on how you define decent college but 90+ overall and in both sections should suffice.

As per your records, 40 percentile in CAT won't fetch any decent college. But what you can do is choose a distance learning course for Masters if you think scope of improvement is less as you need to score decently well in CAT as graduation marks are also on the edge.
Else try for next year and prepare well.

Dear Prasham,
(1) There is a certain age up to which you are eligible to sit for that exam. I think it is 21 years. So, plan accordingly.
(2) You can attempt the JEE exam utmost three times. It means, if you first appeared in 2017, then you again can apply for the two more consecutive years (i.e., 2018 & 2019). After that, you cannot apply.
Hope this helps.
Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.
Good luck.
