I suggest you first complete your ECE and then give yourself 1 year time for the through preparation of the exams. If you are good academically and have a flair for the administrative kind of jobs then I suggest you target for IAS and focus on UPSC exam only.

Hi,
If you want to be a space scientist, you should pursue Masters in Aerospace Engineering, It is the best fit course for you.Don't worry about your eligibility. Since you have an engineering degree, you would be eligible for this program.
Also, since you want to become a space scientist, i would highly recommend you to apply to Nasa once you graduate. There are plenty opportunities available for your career interest at Nasa.

Hi,
The criteria to study in Canada is different for different courses. For some course, you have to take the IELTS only, for some course, you have to take the GRE and IELTS and for management courses, you have to take the GMAT and IELTS.
