You would be required to take the GRE and TOEFL. Since you want admission in a good university, and have a decent percentage, target a GRE/TOEFL score above 1400/100 and chances of getting admission in a good university would highly increase.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

HI ARUNIKA, I HOPE U MIGHT BE AWARE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAT AND MAT. CAT IS THE BETTER EXAM TO TAKE WHICH LETS U TO THE BEST B-SCHOOLS IN INDIA, SIMILAR IS THE XAT EXAM FOR THE XLRI. MAT ALSO PROVIDES OPPERTUNITY TO THE ASPIRANTS BUT IT COMES NEXT TO CAT AND XAT. PREPARATION FOR THESE ARE THE SAME THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT MAT IS COMPARATIVELY EASIER THAN CAT AND XAT. U MAY PURSUE THE COACHING FOR MAT IN THE SAME COACHING CENTERS AS FOR CAT AND XAT. BEST OF LUCK.
