As you are planning to pursue your MBA from Germany, the country is not that much known for its MBA programs, instead it is known for it s technical courses and advancements. For MBA programs, you can look for countries like UK, USA etc.
But as you have mentioned Germany, there are a few universities offering a similar masters program. Few of the universities are:
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology,
Technische Universität München (University),
Coburg University of Applied Sciences,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
Fulda University of Applied Sciences,
Freiberg University of Mining and Technology,
University of Applied Sciences Bremen,
University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg,
Berlin School of Applied Sciences (HTW) etc.
For admissions you have to give GMAT and TOEFL / IELTS as per the university requirement.
Education in Germany is govt. funded but not management programs, though there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee.

Group discussion and personal interview are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in MBA.
In most of the good colleges GDs are held on current topics related to sports, economics, business etc, so you need to be aware of all the latest current affairs, for this you should read news papers and magazines.
GD is a team activity, so while participating you should express your views very clearly at the same time you also should give chance to others members in team to speak.
It is always advisable to take initiative and speak first if you know about the topic, but if you are not aware of the topic you should listen to others first and then speak.
As soon as you get to know the topic don't immediately start the discussion take 1-2 minutes time, jort down the points and then speak.
While speaking in GD your tone should not be aggressive, it should be polite and humble.
When the discussion is over, it would be good if you give the final conclusion on behalf of the group.
