Hi,To becoming a lecturer it is not necessary to having PHD degree. You just need to have minimum 55%marks at your post graduation degree than you can appear for UGC NET exam. Dear aravind. there is a growing importance for BBA/BBM courses where the course could be helpful to join with corporate organizations as functional level excutives like Marketing, HR including other streams. some of the good corporate organizations will help the jr level executives to pursue their masters degree by sponsoring. BBA/BBM both are same . will be helpful to join with Corporate organizations.
