There are honestly a lot of private engineering colleges in India, and what counts as “top” really depends on what you're looking for. Some students prioritise placements, others care more about campus life, exposure, or peer quality. From most discussions I've seen, top private engineering colleges in india often include names like Thapar University because of its academics, alumni base, and overall reputation. That's usually why Thapar comes up again and again when people start shortlisting seriously.
