As per CUCET MBA 2022 exam pattern, the name of sections from which questions will be asked, exam mode as well as total time duration is mentioned below.
1. Mode of exam- CUCET MBA 2022 will be conducted in computer-based mode.
2. Number of questions- The total number of questions will be 100.
3. Type of questions - The questions will be of objective type (MCQs).
4. Total time duration - Candidates will be given 120 minutes to complete the test.
5. Marking scheme - 1 mark will be awarded for every correct response.
6. Negative marking - 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
7. Number of sections- There will be a total of four sections namely, English/ Verbal Ability, Maths / Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning with 25 questions each. The detailed syllabus of MBA entrance is given below. A) English/Verbal Ability: Reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, syllogisms, analogies, antonyms and synonyms, fill in the blanks, sentence correction, idioms, etc. B) Maths/Quantitative Ability: Number systems, geometry, Trigonometry Probability permutation combination, Algebra Mensuration time and work, averages, percentages, profit and loss, quadratic and linear equations, etc. C) Data Interpretation: Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, tables, graphs (line, area), charts (column, bar, pie), Venn diagram, etc. D) Logical Reasoning: Clocks, calendars, binary logic, seating arrangement, blood relations, logical sequence, assumption, premise, conclusion, linear and matrix arrangement, etc.
