Dear Rajkiran,
Since, you have already completed your PG from HR, you can continue in the same field. HR is a very important department for any organisation. However, still if you wish than, you can pursue ACCA to make your career in the field of accountancy. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. It is a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification. The exact rank calculation can vary each year based on the total number of candidates and their scores.

Dear Kritika,
Pay packages more evidently depend upon your performance, knowledge and your confidence level at the time of interview with the employers. However, in the beginning any one can start with 3.5 lacs per annum. I would suggest you to keep your scorecard excellent in order to get a good job. Your scorecard will be able to get you priority over others. If we talk about the highest package, in private sector, there is not limit for a deserving candidate. I hope this would suffice.
All the best and god bless you.

The curriculum is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills required for their chosen field. The admissi
